- Professional & Academic Data: Your chosen ecosystem role (e.g., B.Tech Student, Builder, Recruiter, Supporter), skills, project details, and daily work logs.
- Ecosystem Metrics: Your Nagvex Execution Score (NES), daily streaks, and NVX token transaction history.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data solely to deliver the core value of the platform:
- Generating your Swadharma career intelligence profile via secure, localized AI services.
- Calculating your NES score and maintaining your project execution ledger.
- Enabling project collaborations, supporter invitations, and recruiter shortlisting.
- Processing token purchases securely through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay).
3. Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you possess comprehensive rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Access
You can view all your profile data, logs, and transaction histories directly within the app dashboard at any time.
Right to Correction & Erasure
You can update your profile details or request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal records. Deleting your account will purge your records from our active servers.
Right to Withdraw Consent
You can withdraw your consent to process your data at any time through the App Settings. Upon withdrawal, your profile will be deactivated to protect your privacy.
Right to Grievance Redressal
You have direct access to our Grievance Redressal Officer to address any questions, complaints, or concerns regarding your data.
4. Data Security & Processor Details
We employ strict technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data:
- All data is securely stored and processed exclusively on secure cloud servers located in India.
- We implement strict authentication rules and database-level security policies to prevent unauthorized access.
- Zero Commercialization: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
5. Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO)
In accordance with the DPDP guidelines, our designated officer is responsible for responding to all data privacy inquiries and grievance requests:
