By accessing and using the NAGVEX platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
NAGVEX is a project execution, mentorship, and collaboration ecosystem. We provide tools for users to build proof-of-work, track project progress, and exchange value using our internal closed-loop utility, NVX Credits.
NVX Credits are a closed-loop internal platform utility used exclusively to access services within NAGVEX. NVX Credits are not a cryptocurrency, investment instrument, or digital financial asset. They hold no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency. They can be transferred between user accounts as compensation for services rendered on the Platform, but must be utilized exclusively within the Nagvex ecosystem.
You retain 100% ownership of any intellectual property, business ideas, code, or documents you upload or create on the Platform. NAGVEX claims no ownership over user-generated projects or ideas. By uploading content, you grant NAGVEX a limited license solely to host and display the content for the operation of the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate information when logging work and claiming project execution (Proof-of-Work). Any deliberate falsification of execution logs to artificially inflate your Nagvex Execution Score (NES) may result in account termination.
The Platform is provided "as is." NAGVEX is not responsible for any financial losses, business failures, or intellectual property disputes arising between users (e.g., founders and contributors) interacting on the Platform.
